The issue with the report not exporting is a known issue with Microsoft Windows update number KB3102429. This update was applied to Windows 7 and 8. Windows 10 should not see this problem. You can uninstall that update to fix that problem.
We have rebuilt these reports to fix this issue as well. You can download the report files and replace the old ones. This fix will change the font of the reports, so you will see a small difference in the reports.
You will need to unpack the contents of the zip file appropriate for the software you own, and put them in the following folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\GenesisSQL\AdditionalReports
For the Food Processor:
