This problem was prevalent on Food Processor 11.1.480. An update was immediately made available with a new toolkit 11.1.680 solves this issue. Login to get the latest update here. However the fix without upgrading to a newer version is to change your Windows Theme to the default:
Go to Desktop, then right-click, click the Personalize. Below the Aero Themes, click the first Theme, wait for a few seconds, and finally restore back the Aero Theme.
