Nova PDF won't install. Error Message at Launch

(This article assumes you are running Genesis R & D, if you running Food Processor you will need replace the references for Genesis to FoodPro)

Start by running the following commands from the command prompt to completely uninstall nova. This is assuming you are using the default installation folder for Genesis.

msiexec /x "C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\GenesisSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8SDK(x64).msi"
msiexec /x "C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\GenesisSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8SDK(x86).msi"
msiexec /x "C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\GenesisSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8COM(x86).msi"
msiexec /x "C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\GenesisSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8PrinterDriver(x64).msi"
msiexec /x "C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\GenesisSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8PrinterDriver(x86).msi"

After that try reinstalling. You'll want to run only these files in this order.

"c:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\GenesisSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8PrinterDriver(x64).msi"
"c:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\GenesisSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8COM(x86).msi"
"c:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\GenesisSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8SDK(x64).msi"

After that check your Printers or Devices and Printers and make sure you see the "Genesis PDF Printer" listed. If it is there you should be able to use Print to PDF function.
