  • Database structure version 11.6.0 required for Food Processor version 11.6
  • The FNDDS database has been added. (FNDDS – Food and Nutrient Database for Dietary Studies)
    • This is a USDA database; foods can be searched by government code
    • The database was constructed initially to support dietary studies by providing commonly consumed US foods
    • The database includes foods (single food items and recipe type foods) commonly consumed by Americans
    • The database includes approximately 23,800 foods
    • The database includes data for approximately 65 nutrient fields with no missing values
    • Includes MyPlate data
    • Includes Added Sugar data
  • USDA Database: SR-28 (No Update)
  • Canadian Database: CNF 2015 (No Update)
  • Some dietary fiber ingredients have been updated, based on June 2018 FDA guidance: (mixed plant cell wall fibers, arabinoxylan, alginate, inulin and inulin-type fructans, high amylose starch [resistant starch 2], galactooligosaccharide, polydextrose, resistant maltodextrin/dextrin)
  • Total foods in the database: 100,000+
