- USDA Data. Are you aware of USDA "Survey Foods", and that there is missing data on some of the Standard Reference items?
- Data Detail. Is there a way to go to more detail breakdown of an ingredient such as Frozen Sweetened Peaches, and have the multi-column broken down to sucrose, fructose etc.?
- Data Collection/Sources. Do you submit the ingredients to a lab for testing or do you solely go by the information provided by the subscribers?
- Barcodes/UPC codes. I am looking for a database that combines grocery food items with UPC codes and nutrient information. Can you help?
- 4-4-9. Do you use 4-4-9 (449 or 944) to calculate Calories from the grams of carbohydrate, protein and fat?
